It is applied as an adhesive product and as a barrier against- water leaks and fungi growth on cementitious surfaces. When it dries- BMA-PRW leaves a sticky film able to add resiliency and toughness to the covered surface. BMA Protection Wax offers a waterproofing- weather-proofing and UV resistance to the water borne coating covered by BMA-PRW. This bonding agent could be used to bond old to new concrete- cement to wood and plaster- in walls and roof ceilings.
